Shellwood Bay Club is being developed by Pineapple Turtle Enterprises LLC as a planned Premium Indoor Golf Club for the Venice / North Venice area. Founding feedback comes before final lease, buildout, pricing, hours, and membership terms.

Is Shellwood Bay Club a Premium Indoor Golf Club?
Yes. Shellwood Bay Club is being positioned as a Premium Indoor Golf Club. The golf technology supports the member experience, but it is not the identity of the business.
How many Club Bays and Private Suites are planned?
The current plan is four Club Bays and two Private Suites. Club Bays are the heart of everyday member practice, play, leagues, and community. Private Suites are designed for quieter practice, couples, family golf, lessons, client entertainment, business meetings, and special occasions.
Is Shellwood Bay Club open now?
Not yet. Shellwood Bay is a planned Premium Indoor Golf Club gathering founding interest before final lease, buildout, pricing, reservation policies, membership structure, hours, and launch details are finalized.
Does joining the founding list require payment?
No. It requires no payment and no commitment.
Where is Shellwood Bay planned?
Near SMH Venice and the Technology Drive / I-75 corridor, serving Venice, North Venice, Nokomis, Wellen Park, and nearby communities.
What makes it different?
Private Suites, real putting, a premium club environment, and membership concepts built around regular use — not just occasional simulator time.
Will there be leagues, lessons, or corporate hosting?
Those concepts are under evaluation. Founding feedback will help shape lesson, league, guest, private bay, and small-group use.
Are membership prices final?
No. Pricing, access credits, guest rules, booking windows, peak/off-peak policies, and Private Suite access are not final.
