Membership philosophy

How would you use your club?

Membership should feel like access to a better golf life. Founding Member feedback will help shape how members use Club Bays, Private Suites, guests, lessons, leagues, corporate hosting, and monthly access credits.

No pricing is final. No payment is required to join the founding list.

I want to practice more.

A lighter path for wedge work, putting, short sessions, and skill-building between outdoor rounds.

I want golf in my weekly routine.

A player path for regular rounds, better access, leagues, guests, and easier after-work play.

I want to share the club.

Couple, family, guest, corporate, and Private Suite ideas for people who see golf as social time.

Monthly access credits

Flexible without feeling transactional.

One membership idea being shaped is monthly access credits: included monthly value members could use toward Club Bay usage, Private Suite usage, guests, leagues, lessons, corporate hosting, or other eligible member experiences.

The name matters less than the principle: access should be easy to understand and valuable to use.

What founding feedback helps decide

  • How much monthly access should be included.
  • Whether members prefer lower dues plus pay-as-you-go time.
  • How Club Bay usage, Private Suite usage, guest policies, reservation policies, lessons, leagues, and corporate hosting should work.

Membership paths being shaped

Ways members may use the club.

Practice

For members who want repetition, coaching, and convenient short sessions.

Player

For regular golf life: rounds, practice, guests, and league concepts.

Premium / Corporate

For private bay priority, hosting, small groups, and client-friendly use.

Final pricing, credit values, membership terms, guest rules, Private Suite rules, booking windows, peak/off-peak policies, lease/buildout, insurance, hours, and operating model are not final.
